Liked: close to the airport, free shuttle
Disliked: was in a rush to go to the airport in the morning so i asked to send me the invoice with email. sent 2 emails to remind them. no reply. called the hotel and was promised to receive the invoice with email. they still didn’t send it. complained at booking.com who replied the hotel will get in touch with me. never happened. very frustrating.

Fine in a pinch but...

Liked: Its proximity to the airport and round the clock shuttle service to SFO.
Disliked: For the price the hotel felt extremely out dated and lacking in amenities.
