Eric at the front desk was great. Very helpful and polite. Overall experience wasn't bad.

Liked: The staff members were very nice, the price was good, the refrigerator was a great size, microwave worked,and the room was a decent size
Disliked: No hot water a lot , the TV didn’t work, the health dept came 2 days in a row, the elevator didn’t work, the room smelled like a dog , the stove burners didn’t work,

Liked: I think I have sent this a couple times now but my first nite I had no hot water and all they could say was, I will turn the broilers. On had to heat water the next day. I just take off work to move my stuff to another room. That I had to find because the manager was too lazy to get-up-and-go do it. They give me key cards that didn't even open that second room up. Once I finally gotta open up, The manager says.Quote oh no. Now there's a leak in the bathroom. She just knows after I move everything over to the new room The next day which was check out water again.I never did get to take a shower.Those 2 days I spent that is beyond wrong.You cannot read out rooms that are not maintenance up to par with health regulations.It's against the Law I said to her.Why do I have to go without hot water?Heat light, that's basically the whole room.And she replied. We will just have to wait it out. Don't know what to tell us. Very rude staff, disrespectful maintenance man and manager was in my room. The manager states, are you gonna be OK with her in here? Like I'm some dangerous criminal. Very embarrassed until less than a piece of c*** On top of everything else. I woke up the next morning with no heat freezing to death. No hot water and I checked out for them to tell me because you. Change rooms we're taking your deposit. I will never, ever book another hotel with you guys again. If you can't get my deposit back I was not at fault here. Their rooms was not at the STANDARD they should never have been rented in the 1st place . I want this handled immediately with all the respect I pay up front. I should get my deposit back. This is ridiculous. You have a question. Liked: Nothing, it was not what I expected.
Disliked: Mainly because the floor was dirty, they did not clean it, it does not have cooking utensils, the bed was very simple and small, bad lighting, only one towel for bathing, the sheets were old.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Door latch was broke, smoke dectector had a cage to prevent tampering and was broke anyway, bathroom was disgusting. Left immediately to find another hotel, didnt feel safe at all.
