Liked: Convenient for location and the staff was very friendly. Clean as far as bathroom, bedding and towels.
Disliked: The second evening the tv viewing was interrupted often. The picture would freeze on the screen for several minutes at a time..on every channel.When we first arrived we noticed the mattresses on the bed frames were elevated so high that it was difficult to even sit or get on them. Not great for elderly or little ones.The mini fridge/freezer wasn’t cooling well and the freezer had so much built up ice that we couldn’t use it. The refrigerator door was difficult to keep closed because of the ice. The microwave was continuously making a funky clicking sound..we didn’t use it either. Also when we arrived there was a “used” Q-tip and a couple of other little items on the floor by the tv dresser.The queen headboards that are attached to the wall “appeared” as if they hadn’t been cleaned recently. We checked out without spending the 2nd night. Decided it was more comfortable to drive 4 hours home :/

Disliked: Needs MANY UPDATES!! Had a funny smell inside the hotel?! Gym was a tiny room with three pieces of equipment!! Read all the reviews before booking and all were pretty positive!! Felt like I stayed in a different hotel based on the reviews!? Guess I expect more

Disliked: stink bugs…hotel clerk claimed it’s because it’s hot out but that has nothing to do with it considering other hotels don’t have this issue when the heat occurs…pillows were very uncomfortable..
