Great place to stay just...

Liked: Very clean friendly staff
Disliked: I stayed one night and thought I might need a second night. The front staff said I needed to book it through booking.com for the second night so I did. I ended up not needing to stay and I was told because I used a third party to I could not get a refund. This was all done before the 12 noon check out. Very disappointed for using booking.com.

Liked: My daughter enjoyed to pool
Disliked: The hotel rooms were dirty with hair in bathroom sinks and shower area. The desk area didn’t even looked wiped down. Hopefully they changed the bedding the way the rest of it looked. The only reason we didn’t leave was cause we couldn’t afford to lose out on money and it was a competition we were there for. The hot tub was not working either.

Liked: Our room was ok. Staff were friendly. The food was great!
Disliked: I booked and paid with booking.com. Then was also charged through the hotel. I was told I would receive a refund from the hotel and it's been almost 2 weeks and no refund. Extremely frustrating.
