Incredibly Satisfied!

Liked: The staff were incredibly nice and were good at their job! The room was beautiful, and the bathroom had a fan, which was a really great perk! The hot tubs were absolutely incredible, and there were two, so it was never too crowded or a large issue of kids causing a ruckus for others(that we experienced). On top of all of that, the elevators were exceptional! There was never a wait time longer than 3 minutes for the elevator to arrive. They also offered free shuttle rides to the Mall of America, and the two shuttle drivers we had were also very nice and sociable. It was overall very wonderful!
Disliked: There really wasn't much that we didn't like. The only thing I would really count as a negative would be that we asked a housekeeper if they would be willing to take out the dirty towels from our room and replace them with clean ones while we were out, but it never got done. It's not a big deal, and we probably should have gone to the front desk anyways, but that was it!

Friendly staff make you feel...

Liked: Staff was patient and accommodating during a snowstorm. Breakfast was excellent. Pool and gym were nice and convienent.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a sheltered walk across to mall of America
