Disliked: Outdated, not very clean. We were given a key to the stinky room that was completely unprepared including the bed stripped to stained mattresses, wide open window, and the wet towels in the open refrigerator. They quickly switched us to a different room upon request. It was better, although I found completely molded ice cube tray in the freezer and in general not very clean room. There was only one bath towel. The additional towels were delivered upon request and placed on the dirty carpet by our door in the hallway for us to use! Who does that?! The water in the toilet tank was dripping, rather than filling up quickly and it took forever to flush. I was told that it will be looked at but they never fixed it. The pool was closed due to construction, and the ceiling was completely molded and gross. The price was very high for what we got because it was a solar eclipse weekend. Free breakfast had bagels, muffins, cereal, yogurt, etc. Very basic. We had no choice, but to stay the night because everything else was booked in the area.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. And the rooms were clean.
Disliked: Checked in late at night and was put into a wrong room. The staff is very accommodating and quickly gave us another one . The website also did it indicate that the pool was under maintenance which was a big let down for my kids.

Disliked: The pool wasn’t up it was dirty, no breakfast like it was listed the buffet, sink wouldn’t go down the toilet push hard was not happy I wish I wouldn’t have paid to stay.

Left key on counter with others . Terrible customer service. Staff is not around . No Breakfast attendant food boxes left on counter . No decaf coffee ! Terrible experience!
