Disliked: Bed made a weird noise when you sat on it. It seemed old and lumpy from use. One light out in the bathroom. Toilet rocked when sat on. Bathroom door handle was loose and almost falling off.

Disliked: Front desk attendant was away when I tried to checkin. Had to leave and come back because lobby restrooms are locked

Liked: The hotel was close to the venue as well as other shops. The staff I met were very kind and helpful. There was a little issue with our room and the staff were very accommodating to our issues.
Disliked: Nothing. The staff and our stay was great

Disliked: Quieter A/C that cooled adequately. Get a better Coffee machine in room.
