Okay for a short stay

Liked: The location is great for a layover and not too far from the city. breakfast was basic but good.
Disliked: Some of the staff are not particularly welcoming. I wouldn’t want to be treated badly after a long trip which is what I received when I got there, to the point that my daughter had to ask me specific questions. The ice maker on my floor needs some routine cleaning/maintenance.

This hotel needs help

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The first room I was given was occupied when I went back down to the desk to tell them clerk. She just gave me a new key with no apologies to a new room. The hotel smelled like very strong pine soil trying to cover stench. There was some sort of crumbs in the bed. The walls are so thin that the people above me kept me up the entire night the first night so it was giving a another room for the second night. Trash cans were not emptied prior to my arrival in The room I stayed in the second night. The room I stayed in on the first night had no washcloths, a used bar of soap, and 1/4 of a roll of toilet paper.
