Liked: Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Disliked: Property is being renovated, which is necessary! Mold in bathrooms, spots on ceilings, rips in carpet, etc. biggest problem was that our key did not work upon check in. Reception tried to rekey the card 3-4 times. Hotel was booked and no other rooms were available. Only key that worked was maintenance mans to let us in. After a lot of back and forth with the front desk that evening and the following morning, it was finally resolved with the help if a friendly housekeeper and maintenance who were extremely helpful and nice and used a piece of equipment to fix the actual lock.

Liked: The price was fair.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn't great if you are vegan, vegetarian or gluten intolerant. Bathroom could benift from a deep clean.

Disliked: Shower curtain was dirty with mold, and wifi didn't work

Disliked: When we arrived a staff member was sleeping in our assigned room. The front desk was not aware that one of their staff members was in our room. They switched us to a different room on a lower floor. The couch in our room was worn down pretty bad and was stained. The bathroom had mold on the baseboards and was cracked. The overall furniture in our room was very old and worn down.
