Comfort Inn Owen Sound, Owen Sound

Liked: Location. Convenient parking. Clean room.
Disliked: The convenient EV charging station was the main reason we chose to stay at Comfort Inn. It didn’t work.

Decent room horrible service.

Liked: Room was relatively nice.
Disliked: The woman that was at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative with us because we asked to pay with debit and just leave the credit card for a deposit. She went on about how no hotels did this and kept making rude unnecessary comments because we just said we do it all the time but it was ok and we’ll just pay with credit and get on with our night. She went on about not losing her job and it’s company policy and that if we don’t like it we can leave and we didn’t even say anything at that point. We asked to cancel it when she said that and then she just rudely told me that we can leave but she is charging my card for the room anyways. Extremely unhappy with the front desk staff. We were very upset all night.

Liked: Loved everything about the Comfort Inn - I can't say one negative thing about it. The staff were outstanding, it was so clean and I felt like it was home away from home. It really was a "comfort".
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: We loved the front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful. They changed our room to a more accessible room for us and let us check in early.The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There was really nothing we disliked.

Comfort Inn Owen Sound was...

Liked: staff was very friendly and the facility was very clean. breakfast was also good and the price was for our stay was very fair. Our beds were great and the bathrooms were clean as well. WIFI was strong in our room and there was a refrigerator and coffee machine in our room along with a cabinet to store our jackets. Overall very happy with our stay. Would return if ever in Owen Sound again!
Disliked: nothing really, its was all better than I expected. Would definitely refer this to our friends and family.
