Liked: Hotel was nice and clean. The housekeeper job was amazing.
Disliked: The Customer service was really …bad. 1) Reception: Upon arrival they changed the room we reserved. 2) Then upon returning to the hotel after a long day of visiting the city arriving back at the hotel they had not made the requested change. 3) After three rooms we had the one we initially reserved and for which we were payed.
