More than expected

Liked: Location location location. Staff is VERY friendly and helpfully. Clean, roomy rooms, bathroom a little small. A little pricey but well worth it.

Very cute and quaint hotel...

Liked: The hotel was very cute We were well greeted and check in was a breeze. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The really made our stay so nice. Loved the 24 water/coffee/ Tea station and free breakfast.
Disliked: The parking was a little tricky and definitely not worth the $50 the hotel charges. They shouldn’t charge at all. Our room was smaller than we expected but we made it work. The location was a little far from the monument but it was still nice.

Liked: When I booked the suit there was a space to make requests on the website. I requested a little surprise if possible because it was my daughter’s birthday. I really wouldn’t think they paid attention to my request. As soon as we walked into our suite there was a beautiful birthday card and some sweets waiting for my daughter. Very happy
