Would have liked a packet of coffee for the morning. Had to check out to get a cup of coffee. Front desk not helpful.

Liked: Liked the set up in the room.
Disliked: Toilet dirty upon arrival - asked front desk to clean but they never showed up. Shower had cold water in AM. When I called the front desk they said there were too many people taking showers.

Liked: The rooms are very nice. The staff is nice. I was able to check in 2hrs early which was nice.
Disliked: We were complained on for making noise but we weren't making any noise. That is my only complaint.

I have no words. Thankful for the understanding staff, though.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff. They were great and exceeded expectations.
Disliked: Got to our room, it Smelled like marijuana so we opened the windows to try and knock it out. That didnt help. We had 3 kids with us so we werent comfortable keeping them in there so we went to the front desk to inform them. They had no issues and moved us immediately. 2nd room didnt have enough sleep space for all of us and once again they were exceptional with moving us. Final room was good. We were out for the evening and got back to the room that night a little after 10. Once we were in the room, we hadnt had enough time to set our things down and the phone was ringing with a noise complaint. While we heard people around us all night, we didnt complain. Nothing out of the ordinary when staying at a hotel. Decided to go ahead and check out the next day. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but didnt think our 2 year old would sit on the bed for another 24 hours without making a peep. The following morning we got up. Our feet hadnt hit the floor but to go to the bathroom to shower. At a little after 10 AM, we received another call to confirm we were checking out early and to receive another noise complaint on our 2 year old that hadnt even gotten a start to her day. We quickly packed our things and left. I want to add that the manager on duty was more than apologetic and understanding. So if you have small children who arent able to sit on the couch or bed, dont stay here. I feel the walls and ceiling are just too thin. All noise carries way too easily considering we heard every step of the large person above us; the intoxicated people yelling at their child at 2 in the morning; and the folks across from us having a good time talkin about Fortnite.
