I arrived at 2a.m. - he was yelling I was told to charge $115.00 for tonight - no greetings at all. I asked if I was close to Metropolitan Park and he said he didn't know what I was talking about, that he was not from there and not to ask him anything because he doesn't know anything about this place. I left and went to another hotel. However I came back on Saturday, May 11 2013 at 1pm and had a wonderful experience.

Disliked: Scott, the night front desk person, was rude.

Liked: The room was extremely clean. The value for what you paid v/s what you get as wonderful. I appreciate the fact that kitchen had pots, pans and utensils. The bed was clean and comfortable. Elena at checkout was a breath of fresh air, her customer service and smile set the tone for my day upon leaving.
