Superb

Liked: The workers were very nice and the room was very nice. Also, the lamps were great in that they had charging ports for cell phone + electrical outlet on the base of the lamps.
Disliked: The room needed more lighting. Even though it had three lamps, they were not adequate. My wife has a hard time in seeing and the lack of lighting. It was hard for her to get around. Also there was a problem with trash cans. There was only one trash can for the living area and the bathroom. There should be a trash can in the bathroom and also in the living quarters. You're not the only one that has a problem with this. Most of the hotels I stay at have a problem with putting more than one trash can in the room. Makes it hard to fit everything in one little tiny trash can.

Disliked: The bed was very used and very uncomfortable. The air conditioning didnt work. which made room stuffy and hot. The parking was unusual and inconvenient. I walk with a cane so climbing stairs was a pain. Front desk didnt care.

Disappointing place to stay after a 12 hour drive with the family.

Liked: Front desk receptionist was nice. The breakfast area was bright and pleasant and the breakfast was good.
Disliked: There were no coat hangers in the room (not even the loops for the removable coat hangers). When I asked for hangers, I was told that a maintenance person would have to come to the room to "install" the hangers - they wouldn't just give me the hangers to install myself. There were no luggage racks in the room. I asked the front desk and there were none available. Really? The fan on the air conditioner/heater unit was not functional - that turned out to be a blessing cuz the guy next door smoked like a chimney and the fan would have drawn his smoking aroma into the room and I would most likely have been blamed for 'smoking in the room' - even though I am a non smoker. I was in room 606 - one of the exterior access rooms.
