More training and more supervision...

Liked: It was not included I didn’t try
Disliked: I checked in around 10:00 pm when I was very tired. After putting my clothes in the closet and just about to have some rest, I noticed the toilet was completely blocked.I had to move all my stuff to another floor.Unfortunately, the receptionist even did not really apologize for this situation.I have never had this experience in my life!

Very good

Liked: No breakfast; no frills such as complimentary bottled water or fresh fruit. Soap, shampoo, conditioner were provided. The room was well-kept, clean & comfortable. Free parking. The room was entirely satisfactory for overnight travelers.

Would stay again.

Liked: shuttle, cost, ease of check ing
Disliked: couldn't close the curtains the whole way so there was light from city getting into roomno cribs available beds are comfy but small
