Liked: the staff was very informative, anything we asked they were able to help. the pool was out of service for a good three hours however they really did try and get the services repaired so everyone can enjoy themselves. we still had about an hour in a half to swim so that was great!
Disliked: I read a review about the toilets being small and didn't believe it till I seen for myself!!! the toilet is very very low! I believe the bathtub was higher than the toilet.
