Poor and disappointing

Disliked: Everything else.Extremely damp and dirty room, smell of mold. Stained bedspread, sticky furniture surface.The receptionist (Daniel) was upset and rude, claiming we were looking for an upgrade. The hotel in general clearly lacks maintenance despite its appearance. It is the last in class of the Best Western banner.

Long unnecessary wait

Liked: It's always clean and decent looking room and most times good breakfast.
Disliked: This particular time the staff was much helpful he stated I wasn't able to go to the room because I put someone else as contingent person to get it if I didn't make it in time and had to wait until the person got there when the room I paid for he seen me on file and still didn't give it

We really enjoyed our stay....
