The people made me feel...

Liked: The front desk staff were terrific. The attendant in the breakfast room was friendly and helpful. I did not feel like an "anonymous guest" at all!
Disliked: Pillows were a little too firm, but quite useable

I would stay there again...

Liked: The king suite had tons of space and came with a good size mini fridge. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. Everything was clean regarding bedding and counters. Parking was easy and covered. The location is right off the 5 fwy and really close to the beach.
Disliked: The jacuzzi tub did not work the first night and we had to tell the front desk. They don't do full service unless requested. Towels and trash have to be put out every morning. The shower also probably needed a good scrub and bleach.

Liked: Bed was comfortable, location was nice, and it was very clean.
Disliked: Didnt have a personal microwave in room , i thought it was listed as part of the room details. There is a microwave in the breakfast area though .

He canceled our reservation

Disliked: The night shift manager on the night of April 6 th 2024 got the money $271 in cash but refused to give us a receipt when we complained that we need a receipt he canceled our reservation at 11 pm and refused to give us a room A very unprofessional employee with no experience and extremely impolite. We had stayed at this hotel before never had encountered such humiliation He made us look for another hotel at 11 pm We travel all over the world and always stay at hotels reserved through booking.com Having employees like him you will loose customers. We would never stay at this hotel again.
