Enjoyed our time there!

Liked: Comfortable and fairly quiet.
Disliked: Bathroom was a bit small.

Liked: Room was clean. Most of the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Need new mattresses, pool was not 87 degrees as posted. Way colder. Breakfast crew got slammed. Not ready for late crowd. Night clerk on first night seemed more interested in cell phone. Kinda looked annoyed but was not rude. All the sanitizer stands were empty.

Disliked: The breakfast needs to be fresher and healthier. the pillows really stunk.

Disliked: We get there and decided on the way up to stay an extra night. We used booking.com to book for one night. We told the staff at check in we'd be there two nights. They said okay cool. Next day comes and we used the pool, go back to our room where my wife and baby fell asleep. I took my oldest next door to get lunch. While I was eating lunch about 230pm, my wife calls me to tell me the staff came barging in the room to tell us we weren't authorized to stay another night and claimed I put the room in another person's name. I go back, my baby daughter is screaming because the staff was yelling at my wife, I go to the front desk and was told they couldn't accommodate us and to leave. The night we checked in, our key cards didn't even work to our room and had to be let in by the staff to our room. At some ungodly hour maintenance decides to wake my family by drilling out the lock to fix it. I have call and wrote various emails to corporate with absolutely no response that our hard earned weekend getaway was a bust and ruined. We won't be back.
