Very disappointing, but was happy...

Liked: good location, comfortable bed. nice showerBeautiful Lobby and friendly clerk but could not understand him as Durango has many people from other countries working there.
Disliked: NO POOL OR HOT TUB. facility was red flagged for not being safe. Room had construction issues. Big hole in the bathroom wall by the floor. Had to pay $20.00 in CASH for my dog? Continental breakfast was sparse to say the least.bathroom was not clean. I cleaned the toilet myself.

Disliked: The front and bathroom door handle need fixing. The pillows were lumpy and too high.I asked to be in a quiet room away from the stairs and he put me at the top of the stairs. Our neighbours were very roudy until 11.30pm.Coffee machine didn't work.Curtains didn't close properlyThere was rubbish outside everywhere.The pool was closed and had been deemed unsafe.

SECOND WORST HOTEL STAY!!!!

Liked: That it was close to where we was going and close to the market.
Disliked: 1. The staff weren't friendly, they always watched from a room above when we returned to are room at night, seemed to always be walking around are room and vehicle.2. The room was filthy, and unsafe. There were holes in the ceiling and floors. The walls were unfinished. We had a floor heater that triggered the breaker and our lights went out.3. In the restroom there was blood spotting in the corner behind the toilet, was hair in the shower from previous customers. Bath towels or mat was dirty.4. And my second child found a needle in the bed.5. Didn't appreciate the staff harassing are relatives about there dogs and wanting to charge them more even after they paid. 6. I have pictures from are stay. 7.vending machines charging more then the amount posted on machine.8. NO ICE MACHINES.9. staff cleaning breakfast area bare footed.10. I BELIEVE WE DESERVE COMPENSATION FOR ARE AWFUL STAY!!

Disliked: The rooms were unfinished. The staff was unfriendly. No swimming pool and advertisement for hotel misleads you by showing swimming pool as operable.

Liked: When the hotel receptionist stopped following and watching every move we made, even looking in our vehicle while unloading our car.
Disliked: I did not like that the hotel receptionist was trying to charge more than the booking price. I also didn't like that after I paid the pet fee of $20 per dog (2) and was denied a receipt for paying the $40 pet fee . I was continuously harassed throughout my stay about my dogs. I was asked 5 times to pay $40 because I did not have a receipt that I had already paid, and it was not noted that i had paid for the dogs on their system when i first arrived to checkin i wasn't even allowed futher onto the property or even to rent didnt pay for the dogs first! I questioned both men about why I didn't get a receipt for the dogs and was told that they would email the receipt, which I have not received at this time. Now, once in the room, we had broken pipes coming out of the floor in the bathroom with the bottom wall missing. The tiles were also broken, causing a cut on the foot . There was also no heating in the room, but we were given an electric plug-in heater that kept shorting out. The men were not very approachable and made it very uncomfortable to try and talk to them to fix suitation. The cleanliness of the room was very poor. We found old hard gummies all over the floor. Also, I did not like that the pictures on booking were very deceiving. The rooms look nothing like the photos pictured on the site. Overall it was a very uncomfortable stay due to feeling like we were in the wrong at all times for no reason .
