Disliked: Breakfast is horrible; I work in a kitchen myself, but the person who refills the biscuits took it out in the ziploc bag. The biscuits were hard and cold; not only that, eggs and sausages and gravy also very disappointing.

Liked: Room was big; nice kitchenette; nice pool and hot tub.

Liked: Love this hotel; convenient; accomodating and perfect for a night or two stay.

Liked: The location was good. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Even though it was updated within the last 6 years, it still needs work. Plumbing fixtures in the room were loose. Some places paint was slapped on. Half the building is used as apartments and they all have access to the pool, breakfast, fitness room…

Will book again for events.

Liked: The free shuttle to AmFam. Stadium will have us book Best Western again for events.
Disliked: Would have liked option of 2 queen sized beds. Didn't know if they were all booked or not an option.
