It is too bad the highest rating is 5. This one would be a 10 - our room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was beyond perfect. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Disliked: there was no cups or glasses in the room also no chair. no coffee in room

Exceptional

Liked: To start with - I want to say his name was Scott. Such a warm welcome late at night. Only the lobby looked like it was under renovation. We had a wonderful room. The kids told me that we should have stayed there instead. Too bad it was 3 hours away from our first stop, and eight hours away from our next.
Disliked: What is there to not like? Everything was great. Breakfast, the surroundings and everything was glorious. It was easy to find and the room was awesome.

Bad location, ok stay

Liked: The properly is passable.
Disliked: The location is near where a lot of homeless and drug taking people are located. Breakfast was ok, but not a lot of variety.

Sketchy area, tired looking, cheap...

Liked: Breakfast was included - scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, sausage, cereal, oatmeal selections. Room was clean and a good size and they accept pets. Fitness room had a treadmill, spin bike, free weights and an elliptical.
Disliked: The area is super sketchy with homeless people all over the place. We were worried about our car parked outside. Almost all of the restaurants that were nearby are closed and boarded up. The hotel looks tired and is definitely NOT a 3 star accommodation. It is also currently under renovation and our room, though it did seem slightly updated, was quite odd. It had a "kitchenette" with lots of cabinets, microwave, sink, and stove range - but without the stove/oven! Also, no coffee, tea, cups, glasses, or plates provided in room, and only two, rough bath towels were provided. The bed looked like a wall pull down. Staff did not acknowledge you.

Liked: I didn't like nothing about this place
Disliked: I still haven't received my deposit back and I got sick of your breakfast staff are liars they don't care about to your customers feedback I had to move to another room still didn't get my discount

Liked: Great location, easy to get to from the highway
Disliked: No housekeeping for the duration of my stay (3 days)

Liked: We liked being able to book close to our friends so we had the hallway. Great price too!
Disliked: The bathroom light did not work ;( We really would have loved to have a pool or restaurant inside of the hotel.
