I enjoyed staying there. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of the area. She gave me great directions to the Regency Ballroom. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Other than the fact that its incredibly noisy on Post Street and I had to keep the windows open to get air circulating, it was an awesome visit. I will be back next visit to San Francisco.

Disliked: No hairdryer and no in-room coffee pot/tea pot.

Liked: Lots of space for the money. Breakfast and afternoon wine and cheese included. Friendly staff helped arrange transport etc Great central location.Very gòod value for this.
Disliked: Room could have been a bit cleaner, smell of smoking in kitchen.Area close to drug use etc

Disliked: Breakfests - only sweet products.

Liked: Really clean, kind staff. Close to conference hotels (Hilton), but much more accessible.

Very Historic ! Highly recommended.

Liked: Room was big and clean. It was a junior suite. The bed was comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. Location was few blocks from Union Square. Very kind front office staff.
Disliked: Faucet in the bathroom was outdated and sink should be repaired to remove stain. Elevator was dark.

Disliked: Older property with not many amenities. Was told we had been gifted a complimentary continental breakfast which consisted of nutri grain bars. Very very noisy at night and we were on the 5th and 7th floors.
