Liked: Nothing. Old, worn out and in need of repair. Insects crawling in the room. I reserved a pet friendly room (At a higher) and they tried to charge me additional fees for my pet.

I asked for a NON-SMOKING...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: First of all, the images they provide are not the same as the rooms. I asked for a NON-SMOKING room and as soon as I entered, the room stank of cigarettes, the floor was dirty, the walls and ceiling have holes, which is to say the entire hotel smells bad and is not clean at all. I don't recommend it even for one night.

Liked: The mattress felt as if it was sinking....first room 205 checked in but room was dirty bed wasn't made...then room 115 refrigerator wasn't clean... everything was just awful... couldn't sleep comfortably at all
Disliked: Couldn't hear the TV....remote wasn't in room...had to call twice for a remote and went to the office for a remote... finally received a remote around 10pm.... breakfast was bread and butter only and cearl...no continental breakfast at all...the property looks scary and ghetto

Nightmare hotel

Disliked: This has been the absolute worst experience of a hotel. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND. This was to be a Baymont INN, yet after booking it became a Budget INN. I recognize they are renovating, but seriously. The only small hand towels, holder for hairdryer, but NO hairdryer, shower dripped all night long, NO toilet roll holder, fork fown the sink drain, NO place to put open bar of soap, NO foor knobs on closet, stains on the boxpring of bed, dirt on the front of sink cabinet, mold spot on sink beside "clean towels". I have many more pictures. Do you want to see the whole in the wall? Please REFUND MY MONEY FOR THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I AM NOT ABLE TO SLEEP HERE.

Disliked: Extortion of my money cause I refused to stay and declined to be in another deplorable room! They still refuse to refund my money and charge me a night when I have proof I did not stay and checked out immediately after my dog started vomiting from wet fresh sprayed pesticide after charging a $60 pet fee for my dog to get sick and I still can’t get bookings.com to help get my refund that was promised without any accommodations
