Liked: Room was clean; had fridge and microwave.
Disliked: The heat fan turned off and on all night - could not adjust; room was very dry.

Disliked: Day time front desk staff had terrible customer service. The pool had broken concrete on the bottom and the water didn't even reach the filters. The bathroom had hair in it.

Disliked: The place was rundown. The bed was hard as a rock. The carpet was stained. The heated pool was ice cold. When we arrived it was 2 o'clock. Was told Check in wasn't until 3. There was 2 cars in the lot. They made myself and my wife that is in a wheelchair wait in the lobby until 3.
