Liked: When we arrived, after making reservations 2 months prior, we were told the motel was overbooked, and we were being relocated to a different property. We went to the other motel and found it DISGUSTING! Evidently, both properties are owned by the same person. The one that was "overbooked" was reasonably acceptable. However, this was obviously an outright scam to fill a less than desirable motel with customers who had no other options. Avoid both Bay Motel and Delta Motel!!!

Great value, very nice place...

Liked: Hotel was pretty new and was in very good condition. Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: TV selection was not that great as well as the fact if you arrive after 9 o’clock you have to be buzzed in and wait for someone to come and check you In which takes a few extra minutes and it’s a little bit more difficult while carrying bags. Also called the front desk at 7:30 to see if I could extend my stay. They said probably but I would have to call back after 9 AM when someone was in the office.

Liked: McDonalds is almost right across the street which is good because there is no breakfast at the motel not even coffee
Disliked: For the price you pay It would be great to have some coffee in the morning, it’s on a very busy street
