Disliked: Staff were rude, very unhelpful. Hotel was not prepared for amount of people that had booked upon check in. We felt that we were treated badly because we booked through Booking.com and not the hotel website. I requested a king bed through Booking.com but was given two double beds. We requested not to be near the elevators and we were put very close so it was hard to sleep with the whining elevators going up and down all night.

Only stayed overnight & left...

Liked: Bed was very comfy & very close to an amazing shopping centre & the beach.
Disliked: Waited until late afternoon for room to be ready & not a friendly welcome.

Liked: Location - easily accessible to the mall and to public transportation.Spacious, not cramped. Laundry facilities to do own laundry of needed.
Disliked: Laundry facilities can get crowded due to demand and number of machines available. Convenience/variety store closes too early.

Exceptional

Clean, friendly and amazing views.

Liked: The location is good. Very easy to get to Wikiki and the Ala Moana mall is just next door. The breakfast was wonderful. So much to choose from and so tasty.
Disliked: There was nothing that l didn't like

First time here . Staff...

Liked: Location as expected . Pedestrian walk to mall and short walk to alamoana beach . A bit of a hike to east end of Waikiki as expected . 10 minutes . No resort fee … The property shines after recent updates and the staff was top notch . The fitness room is worthy of a fitness club . Pleasant surprise !!!
Disliked: Elevator sounds due to proximity to elevator . Next time we shall request same lodging type away from elevator. The pool area closed at 7PM . Expected 9Pm or even 8 pm . Disappointed .
