The room was nice and...

Liked: The room was real nice and clean. It was a nice space.
Disliked: The bathroom was small. You had to buy kitchenware, which was 35 dollars. there was no chairs at the table. There really wasnt no view outside of the balcony.

comfortable and convenient but amenities...

Liked: i like that it was right the beach. i like that it had nice sized pools and jacuzzi.
Disliked: i didn’t not like the staff very rude and unprofessional. i did not like that you the kitchen utensils were not included in the deposit

Need to do better service...

Liked: Love my ocean view room that’s it .
Disliked: Staff was rude the first day . Air conditioning wasn’t working properly had to ask for another room had to tell her my husband had heart problems in order to get it asap in which he does have heart issues. Had to go buy pots and pans and utensils for the kitchen nothing was available stove was nasty had to clean the burners off to use that food was left in the oven from previous renters.
