I was a visitor in the city. The organisation of Jazz on the Chesapeake was superb. I found parking easily and the people were very friendly and useful. "Will call" and ushering for the concerts was mainly smooth. The intimate yet ample space of the Avalon Theatre makes it a special venue for special events. The Jazz festival exceeded my expectations; I was most pleased with all the performances. I'll probably consider coming back in 2016!
