We will do it again...

Liked: The show across the street at the Avalon Theater was fantastic. Our room was well situated and had a nice view of the town. The breakfast buffet was good offering a wide selection of well prepared foods at a modest cost.
Disliked: There happened to be a wedding booked at the same time as our stay and there weee no parking spots available and tmany people waiting to check in when we go there. The staff did their best but it was an unfortunate coincidence that I would have chosen to avoid had I known before hand.

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything in Easton. It is clean and the staff is wonderful. The restaurant is also very nice and breakfast and dinner were tasty.
Disliked: Everything was fine, except for the shower. I am a small person weighing under 130 pounds and I had trouble fitting in the shower. I cannot imagine what a larger person would do if they got the room that I had, which was a king deluxe room. Plus, the water coming out of the shower head was ridiculous as it barely hit my body and I had to crouch in the corner in order to turn in the shower stall. Other than that the tidewater is a very nice hotel. We ate in the restaurant and had a tasty meal. The entire staff was wonderful however, whoever designed the newer shower stalls needs to have their head examined.

Liked: Breakfast had oranges, apples and black spotted bananas. Croissants were plain white bread in a croissant shape. Orange juice had NO sign saying it was not free. Other things were bad but enough for now.

Liked: The room was spacious however we found an odd leftover ball of something under the nightstand which had not been cleaned. The room refresh was great and much appreciated. When we called down to the reception to request towels (as a family of 4 we were only given 2 sets of towels) no one ever responded so we waited until the next day. The wait staff in the evening was absent, we had to ask for our drinks and our food. The food was GREAT. The breakfast staff was amazing and attentive.
