Parc, Winner of the 2018 Restaurant of the Year by Hour Detroit Magazine, and many other awards, features “Redefined Detroit Cuisine.” Our menu is inspired by the influences and flavors of Detroit’s vast cultural communities, past and present. Our menu gives tribute to this rich history, and offers guests familiar yet refined expressions of traditional Midwestern foods, with influences of French and Mediterranean flavors and styles.

Located in the heart of the award-winning Campus Martius Park, PARC features more than 100 feet of Nanaglass window walls to provide guests with clear, 270-degree views of downtown Detroit.

Our restaurant and bar is spacious yet intimate, and features a wide, welcoming center bar. Our kitchen is small but mighty, a testament to the phrase “big things come in small packages.” We’re proud of our wood-fired grill, which allows our chef team to create a range of delicious, unique dishes that excite the soul.
