Juliette's Bistro offers a refined yet welcoming dining experience in the heart of downtown Jacksonville. Located inside the Omni Jacksonville Hotel, this elegant bistro features a menu centered around fresh seafood with Southern-inspired flavors, all served in a stylish, relaxed setting. Its proximity to major concert venues like the VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena and the Florida Theatre makes it a popular stop for music lovers looking to dine before the show.
Just a short walk from downtown's biggest music venues, Juliette's Bistro is ideal for a pre-show dinner or post-concert unwind. The service is known for being efficient and friendly, making it easy to enjoy a leisurely meal without risking showtime. The atmosphere is upscale yet relaxed, allowing guests to dress up a bit without feeling too formal. Plus, the bistro's quieter vibe is a nice contrast to the energy of a live show, offering a moment of calm before the music begins.
Guests frequently praise the high-quality seafood, with dishes like the crab cakes and shrimp & grits earning rave reviews. The attentive service and classy ambiance make it feel like a special occasion spot, without being overly stuffy. Diners also mention the convenient location and the comfort of dining inside the Omni Hotel as major bonuses, especially during busy event nights downtown.
Some reviewers note that pricing can be on the higher side, especially for drinks, and a few have commented on inconsistent hours during slower weekdays. While most enjoy the calm atmosphere, those looking for a more energetic or casual pre-show vibe might prefer a livelier spot nearby.
Juliette's Bistro is a polished, convenient choice for concert-goers seeking fresh seafood and a touch of elegance before or after the show.

As a person who is allergic to seafood, the menu is very limited - either a salad or a burger (which was very good). There needs to be more different foods offered.
Liked: What we had was very good.
Disliked: Definitely understaffed; long wait for waitress; limited menu.

My brother and I had been to Juliette's before. The food was always good. The service ranged from fair to very good. I had always driven to Juliette's in the past. But this night, Friday, May 3rd, we took a cab because of bad weather and the fact that we are both handicapped. I explained to the waitress our situation, and asked if we could leave our to-go boxes till the Purple Reign show at the Moran Theater was over. The waitress said she would find out, but we needed to order first. I repeatedly asked her to talk to the manager. When we got our check, she first told us he could not do it. Restaurants cannot always cater to a customer's needs. I get that! But at least have the decency to come out and give an explanation to the customers. The waitress had no empathy and the manager was incompetent. Perhaps he thought my brother would beat him up with his cane. That would make him cowardly, as well. We were at Juliette's at about 6:00 PM. Our reservation was for 5:00 PM. We called the restaurant and said we would be late. Do you think if we made it 5:00 PM things would have been different?
Liked: The food.
Disliked: The Manager and the waitress.
