Liked: I liked the kindness of the staff. The manager was so helpful with me when I arrived and facilitate my check-in. As well when I had to leave before the end of my booking period they were so polite regarding he non-refund policy but helped in returning the city tax fees which was alining with the city rules. So lovely people.
Disliked: The kitchen staff, although they were just doing their job, they weren't friendly.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Keys didn't work for lockers and also shower shampoo was offered with an extra charge. I was lucky enough to find a shampoo bottle left in a shower
