A fine place to stop...

Liked: Super easy on and off from the highway.
Disliked: I wish that we could have plugged in our car to charge for the night and then go to bed. It was too bad that we couldn’t optimize our time better.

Surprising stopover.

Liked: On arrival it was a little difficult to communicate as I do not speak German and the evening staff do not speak English. However, we managed and all was well. As the hotel reception is in the shop, I could easily buy some food and eve a tin of beer or bottle of wine. The room was large enough, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large and very clean. I had a great nights sleep wit no noise. The cooked eggs, bacon, sausage breakfast was much better than the cold buffet breakfast I expected. There is plenty of parking on the fuel station forecourt. The standard was far better than I expected for the price I paid.
Disliked: For the price, nothing. I could not fault the experience.

Zero wifi and appalling staff...

Liked: The room is small but quite adequate. My overall poor score is due to the dismissive and dishonest approach of the staff and management about the complete lack of wifi. I was given the run around by various staff for over an hour before being put in telephonic touch with the Manager who basically informed there that there is no wifi, they're not going to do anything about it and I should just shut up and accept it as the wifi is free anyway.
Disliked: The dishonesty and runaround I was given by staff and management about the lack of wifi. I was first told it was my phone, then I was sent to my room with a promise that someone would come fix it. Then is was told there was nothing they could do and that the reception also had zero wifi. Eventually the manager told me to get lost, he was not going to do anything and I should stop complaining as the wifi was free anyway. Atrocious service.
