Good hotel for business trip

Liked: Location at the metro, good shower, windows can be opened.

Not staying here again -...

Liked: The only positive was its location - very close to the Office where the meetings took place. Apart from that finding it very stange that this has anything to do with the Sheraton brand,
Disliked: Everything.The Reception explained that breakfast was not included in the booking, only for breakfat to be charge upon departure, which I only found out when my invoice was sent via email. The shutter on the windows were not working, 2 of the 3 windows could open, but not all 3 (window latch was broken), Only 1 pillow was available, the specs of the booking were no way near what was offered.

Cheap hotel close to motorway.

Liked: Location close to the motorway. Free parking. Relatively cheap. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Room had a heavy smell of somebody having smoked in it. Since no staff at reception when arriving we could not change room.

Very good

Liked: Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Seems to be more expensive this year.

Will come again

Disliked: No hot water for the tea/coffees
