Liked: The location is great and the bed is comfortable
Disliked: Charging 15£ to keep bags , as normal hotels just do it everytime on regular bases as a customer service !Check out is at 10Am ! You only have a bed in your room and thats it :zero small table, zero chairs , zero shelfs in the bathroom … complicated for more than 2nights

Disliked: If you’re looking for no thrills at a premium cost, then Zedwell is the place for you. Marketed under the guise of a “mindful retreat,” with no TV and no facilities to supposedly help you “get away from it all,” the reality is far less appealing. The first disappointment came on arrival: a £15 charge just to store a cabin bag if you get there early. I could perhaps understand this at a budget hotel, but at £256 for one night — essentially a B&B without the breakfast — it felt like a complete rip-off.The rooms themselves are spacious but stripped of any real amenities. No television, one towel per person, a single bathroom bin, and a wet room that quickly became overwhelmed with water. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable and the rooms quiet — but that’s really where the positives end.The so-called “beauty room” amounted to little more than a shared space with a few hairdryers and an ironing station. At the price point, you’d expect at least the basics of a 4-star hotel, but instead it felt more like staying in university halls — minus even a desk.Overall, this was by far the worst stay I’ve had in London. Overpriced, underwhelming, and lacking in every sense of hospitality. I will not be returning, and would recommend looking elsewhere if you’re after any kind of value for money.
