Disliked: I've travelled over 30 countries and this is the first time I was asked to pay for £15 for luggage keeping on the day of checkout.

Liked: Clean rooms and beds comfortable
Disliked: Noise from underground tubes constantly even overnight. It was very unnerving knowing that you were so far underground. Would not repeat the experience and certainly not for anyone with even mild claustrophobia
