Liked: Close to the theatre
Disliked: Being 4 floors underground with no windows they had air conditioning that barely worked.it was too warm So struggled breathing. Considering all this there were no health & safety guides in the room or the building. If there was a power cut. It is all corridors to where the rooms were. So IF there were to be a power cut in there. You would suffocate and it would be pitch black in there and you would never get out of the room which was tiny. We were glad to get ot of there In the morning

Liked: I had a great stay. Afshan was incredibly helpful at the front desk. The location is very convenient and central. The bed was comfy and I got a great sleep thanks to the no light underground aspect.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable. The staff were great. 24 availability if you need help! Location was superb! All touristy popular places were close by. Tubes are only 2 mins away from the hotel. 10mins drive from Kings X station by taxi. They have a water fountain for free refills and a tea caddy. Will come back again!
Disliked: The thermostat was fixed to 20°C a bit too warm to sleep in the summer. But otherwise no issues.

Liked: Cute small room, clean. That’s a far as it goes.
Disliked: This is without. A. Doubt. The nosiest hotel I have stayed in. It prides itself on a perfect nights sleep. With the underground trains wizzing past every 6 minutes I struggled to get any rest at all
