It was great

Liked: The rooms
Disliked: When I checked after 3pm the room wasn’t ready

The location is good but...

Liked: I like that it was near to all the places I love to explore and that it was also lively.
Disliked: I had 2 concerns but were never addressed. 1st, the window doesn’t open, no action was done on their part and I didn’t hear any apology from the manager about the matter. 2nd, the safety deposit box doesn’t open, thus, I never got to use it. I was out almost entire day during my stay and I was hoping to use the box for my valuables. None of the staff did anything about it. No one called to apologize. It was like, I just stay there in my room and that’s it. My concerns are unimportant.

Liked: The property location is conveniently located near the shops and transportation
Disliked: Im not so fond about the transparent showers

Staff not helpful and not...

Liked: Modern feel and interesting decor
Disliked: Luggage robot broke twice , staff not helpful and saying it’s not my department when asking for help. Room looked beat up and worn. Bathroom floor had stains, one shower head didn’t work, not worth the price .

Very good

Liked: Good location, fabulous views from our room, very nice roof terrace.
Disliked: Rooms were a little tired in places and could do with a make-over - beds no longer adjusted like in other Yotels.

Very nice hotel, air-conditioned, clean...

Liked: This is a great place to stay if you’re in New York for under a week. The staff were incredibly polite throughout my stay and on my first day, this amazing woman made sure I got a nice room with a view. It was clean and comfy bed, the size of the room was good enough for me. I’d defo come back here for my next trip as the location is perfect.
Disliked: N/A
