Pleasant

Liked: The location is perfect, 25min from most of New York main attractions.. subways is close
Disliked: Besides my bed not being able to recline, the room is rather small, but u spend such little time in the room that it doesn't really matter.

Overall value for money not...

Liked: New and renovated, helpful staff
Disliked: The rooms has no storage nor mini fridge for water, very poorly insulated, I could hear the alarm next door going off. Our room was next to an elevator and it was impossible to sleep due to the noise and people traffic

Great stay

Liked: Hotel close to Javits close to a lot of food options, clean room.
Disliked: The ice maker machine in 18 floor was not working properly. Other than that no other issues to reports

Liked: Location was great and check in was easy.
Disliked: The room is showing its age. The prime parts were clean but the desk, chair and shelves needed a decent wipe, including with a magic eraser. And some things were missing from the room- the recharge plug was removed and a gaping hole left and the iron board was missing. For the price, even for NY, it was not great value
