Liked: Location and good stuff and big room
Disliked: The beds are old ,need new beds they where making noise not comfortable. Also the couch need better furniture.

Liked: Property was used to house people referred fromCouncil / homeless etc which I understand but I have paid to stay in a hotel with my child. This just wasn’t advertised when I booked
Disliked: Didn’t feel safe with some of the people on the premises won’t lie

Disliked: Dirty. Sewer smell in room, bed rubbish. Drab.Woken at 1am by homeless people being given rooms around me. Continued till 3am. Disgraceful. Noise banging, drunkeness.

Centrally based, good value hotel

Liked: The hotel was very central, it had parking and a lift.
Disliked: The room was very warm because of the hot weather and it was hard to cool down, even leaving the fan on all night. The shower thermostat was not working correctly so the water was far too hot.
