Hotel needs some TLC

Liked: Location and the friendliness of the staff, they were very helpful.They helped us sort out a problem with the beds, they went that extra mile to accommodate us.
Disliked: Room was advertised as a double x 2 singles, this was not the case as we found out when entering the room. There was a double plus 1 single, the other bed was a fold up camp bed which was clearly not suitable for use.This was sorted out by the staff very adequately, see above answer re staff.Also the shower door did not close properly, so every time you showered the floor got soaked.The net curtains were ripped and torn, and windows would not stay open when it was hot in the room, they had to be wedged open.

Did not enjoy at all

Liked: The member of staff on the bar was really nice and helpful
Disliked: Whole hotel in need of repair leaks everywhere, creaky floorboards cobwebs on every light fitting, most of the staff are miserable and unhelpful.

Prefect location to explore Ryde,...

Liked: We have really enjoyed our stay at the Yelf Hotel. It is in such an ideal location prefect for visiting Ryde. A close walk to the beach, restaurants and amenities.All the staff were so welcoming and accommodating they made our stay really enjoyable. Zara was so lovely throughout our stay shes very happy and helpful and Lee was so hospitable when we check-in. We would definitely come back again.
Disliked: The stairs but staff were so helpful willing to help us carey our luggage to our rooms and when we were checking out.

Good experience, stay again

Liked: Comfy bed, nice building, big room, clean place. Excellent value. Would stay again.
Disliked: Shower pressure was very weak. Had to take longer in there to get cleaned. Didn't spoil the experience, though!
