Amazing!

Liked: I loved the hotel! The room and everything that makes it up. The view as well. It really was an excellent stay and very comfortable. My next stay I will definitely stay there again
Disliked: I think that, given the hotel's standards the towels should be a little bigger. They are small and thin, but nothing that gets in the way. Just one detail. And the pillows are quite high, they could be a few sizes smaller, but that's a matter of personal taste.

Liked: My overall experience was great. And I love the fact that there were windows in my room to get fresh air in the morning:) . The location was perfect with easy access to the central station. The staff makes life easier as well , I’ll definitely stay here again , love love love.

Disliked: NO WiFi connection in the room at all! Beds were not so comfortable - mattresses need to be upgraded - quilts, pillows & cushions need a good clean not just changing the sheets and pillow cases!

Not worth it

Disliked: This hotel was sub-par on pretty much every count. The first room we got stank of mould and had silverfishes running in the bathroom. We got the room changed to a better (clearly a newly renovated one), but even that had a funky smell in the bathroom. Some of the furniture was damaged. The lights in the bathroom were placed far away from the mirror, so I had trouble shaving (and my wife putting on make-up). The safety deposit box was placed above the ,ini-fridge, which meant the all our valuables were quite toasty after a while. The neighbourhood was pretty dodgy too. All in all, this has all the hallmarks of a cheap hotel - except the price. At almost 200 euro a night we were expecting something considerably better.

Disliked: Hotel no-show cancellation policy, one of our group member was travelling, and he got late to check as he arrived 2nd. Dats so they cancelled 3 days on advance paid room on 1st dat no show.. the room was paid in advance but they cancelled all 3 days and staff was not helpful.

Disliked: The staff dealing was too rough and with non cooperating approach
