Liked: It was amazing. The staff was friendly.

How are they still open?

Disliked: No hot water, work out area had only broken machines. Breakfast was undercooked. Bathroom was dirty and the door could barley close passed the toilet.

Poor

Liked: I liked location, I also like the pool area and how long it is. the lobby is very big and nice looking. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: there was not hot water and rooms was not the cleanest. we found qtips and few other items. Also when we called down at night they said run hot water for about 8-10 minutes and water should go hot it never did, so called back they said they would call back never did. also in morning same thing. Breakfast was ok however for 6 floors and only one waffle maker was crazy to me. for $120 a night and 6 floor of rooms you would think they could get hot water and at least 1 to 2 more waffle makers. if that was there main food item.

Don’t stay

Liked: The room was nice
Disliked: They allow people to harass other people staying in their hotel the hotel stunk of marijuana. We got in the elevator to go up to our floor and the second we got on that elevator. We wanted to pass out yet all the dude at the front desk could say was well. They probably smoked outside. No, they didn’t smoke outside for it to be that strong in the elevator they didn’t give a crap even though it isn’t even legal in the state and don’t put it past me. I smoke But I shouldn’t have to walk into a property where it stinks so dang bad that you wanna pass out and you will feel like your clam barking They told me about a $50 charge that would fall off my account plus my hotel fee, but they ended up charging my card at the same exact time as the $50 fee which no one in the place seems to know where the money went to or what that money is for they refuse to return it. It was just all in all very, very horrible state. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Pleasant

Liked: Nice size rooms
Disliked: Blood on the carpet. Stinky carpet and no hot water in the first room and the drain in the bathtub was clogged. Told the front desk and got a different room which was better but the floors are stinky In the room and blood stain on the carpet.

Last resort

Liked: The pool was awesome and room was big
Disliked: Smelt like pot loud and did not feel safe had some person be inappropriate towards my girlfriend and friend at the pool laundry room not working half the ice makers not working

Very poor

Liked: The Hotel its self
Disliked: The pool was out of service , and was charged extra and never received the refund i was supposed to receive

Fair at best

Liked: The room was okay, fairly clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No restaurant in hotel. Many people actually live in the hotel.
