Liked: The hotel was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It is ideally located for Disney Springs and the staff were very helpful!
Disliked: The fittings are a little dated but this did not in anyway detract from the experience.

Excellent except for the Check...

Liked: Location for Disney Springs and parks is excellent, Pool for adults and children and surrounding lounging area are excellent.We have been using this property for our vacations for the past 30 years and the rooms definitely need a refurbishment and updating.
Disliked: The check in process after a long flight etc was a nightmare.We had 2 rooms booked under the same surname but with different christian names paid for in advance, but the arrogant staff member said there was only 1 room booked because you can’t book 2 rooms with the same surname???After a lengthy process of trying to educate this person she found the booking using the booking references.The Check In desk process resembled more of a Custody Desk process.
