Nice room and location. Initial price was good but additional fees at check in added $30.

Liked: Location was great, the pool was fun for the kids and other than the unwanted sales pitch, all of the staff were absolutely lovely!
Disliked: As soon as we checked in at the front desk we were grabbed for a sales pitch for their vacation club and our initial “No thank you” was only met with more pressure. The bathroom was small and outdated including a sink with difficult to regulate water temperature and an immediate need to call maintenance for the air conditioning as the room was 78 degrees and the air wouldn’t come on. They were responsive at least though and fixed the issue quickly.

Better your price and eliminate...

Liked: Location is good and Breakfast was good!
Disliked: I don’t like paying for parking that in particular was not good at all you are already charging a resort Fee not right .

Great location and good value...

Liked: The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciated the 'full-size' mini fridge. The location is within easy walking distance of Disney Springs. The pool was nice (except for the hot tub). Check-in and check-out were easy.
Disliked: The shower curtain did not keep all the water in the shower and the floor got soaked anytime we took a shower. The hot tub was disgusting and people were letting their kids run and jump around in and out of it unsupervised. The staff had used a little too much 'sales pressure' with the coupons and whatever else they were trying to talk us into. We were only there for one night and already had a set itinerary.

Liked: Close to all the attractions. Free bus to & from all the Disney attractions. Short ride or nice walk to Disney Springs Valet parking is $28 self parking $22 But parking at Disney is $30 & the bus drops you right at the entrance so it works out bett
Disliked: Breakfast is not included but the have a reasonably priced coffee bar with decent options if you dont want full breakfast in the restaurant
