Liked: Like the remodel and front desk staff.
Disliked: Lobby bartender was rude and insistent on seeing my ID (meaning I had to go back to my room). He did not ask any if my colleagues who were male. This was at 11:00 am and I am 73 years old successful businesswoman. I think this was the Manager giving the BT a break. My colleagues were puzzled too. The BT from the day before was great with great service.

Liked: Front desk and restaurant staff wonderful
Disliked: Conditioner in shower was empty; HVAC control was hard to get to comfortable temp (either too cold or stuffy); never got final invoice for check-out but got charged; tried to contact hotel and automated system kept disconnecting us. After multiple attempts finally got someone that was able to explain charges and send an invoice. This was our second time staying at this hotel. 1st time was great -- not so sure we will stay again based on this last experience.

Disliked: So far I did not receive the receipt of payment. I paid via booking, but in booking th eplatform says the recipt is issued by the hotel ... and the hotel did not provide the receipt nor answered my requests.
