Loved this hotel and the amenities and staff!

Liked: It was really clean and well kept. Staff was super friendly.
Disliked: Only one elevator was in service so it took a while to get to the ninth floor.

Comfortable stay, Great location.

Liked: We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Washington Capitol! The staff were very friendly and helpful, making our visit smooth and enjoyable. The hotel is well-located for exploring the city.Parking is controlled and secure, with underground self-parking for registered guests. While the hotel charges $59/day, we found SpotHero reservations for 2 nights (3 full days) at $86, which was convenient.Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent staff service and a great location!
Disliked: The pool is small and closes at 8 PM. I’d suggest keeping it open a little later, as many guests return tired from sightseeing, museums, and walking around the city and would love to relax a bit more in the evening.

Hotel exceeded expectations.

Liked: 9th floor room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner etc. Nice fridge and safe in the closet. Water pressure was good in the shower and bathroom faucet. Pool was nice and clean with a great view. There was a lifeguard there all day long. Centrally located. 10 minutes from the white house, capitol etc.. Cabs parked outside at all times and uber is easily accessible day/night.
Disliked: Nothing. No complaints at all

Very nice stay. Fantastic location...

Liked: Very convenient for monuments and museums. Spacious rooms
Disliked: Three rooms booked, all looking over the rail tracks, which were very noisy. Some of the reception staff rude and unhelpful. However, lively friendly, kind gentleman on reception, morning of 20th August.
