Liked: The bed was large and clean.
Disliked: Personal preference. The doors are on the outside and you can hear people going in and out of their rooms. It sounds like someone is trying to get in with how loud the doors are. The shower head is really bad and needs an update. There was so little light in the room as well.

Liked: It was very clean and the lady at the front desk was helpful and kind

Liked: Everything was fine. Cleaniness was as per expectations. Staff was friendly..
Disliked: When I went to the hotel. Hotel staff refused to accept that. Even though I showed them the barcode and the confirmation. But they said "You have to pay $--for the room as they can't accept that booking. Which makes me totally frustrated.

Liked: Clean the bathrooms well, vacuum them well, very dirty and I found a spider in my room. I commented about the spider and they angrily said they wanted me to believe that nothing was going to be done about it. Not recommended the hotel anymore
Disliked: My deposit was not delivered because they charged me for towels that were not mine and I argued with them and according to them they can't handle anything, it's crazy not recommended the hotel anymore
