Check in and check out were easy. The room was fitting for what we needed and clean.

Liked: Location and cleanliness.
Disliked: Nothing bad to report.

No curtains in my room - just pulled down shade which I thought you couldn't see through, but my mistake, you can see in and that was after the fact that I showered and dressed in the room.

Liked: Not really not much to do.
Disliked: I had to pull down shade and no curtains, which I had no idea that you can see through the shade. That was after the fact that I showered and dressed in the room. No pool, no jacuzzi, nothing.

Don't book this hotel under any circumstances, even though it's close to the theatre, stay somewhere else and Uber to venue.

Liked: Not one thing.
Disliked: Very dirty area around the hotel and in the hotel property; so upset with hotel we left at 10:30 after our concert and drove 2 hours home.

Honestly I would never come back. A terrible experience. Total rip off for what we paid for. Multiple people were making complaints about everything you can think of.

Liked: Finally getting a clean room.
Disliked: Getting keys to a disgustingly dirty room. And then taking over 30 minutes to get a new room. Customer service was very poor.

I have already referred people to this hotel, especially if they are going to a concert at the Pechanga Sports Arena.

Liked: The room was clean and well kept. It was very close to the Sports Arena.
Disliked: We didn't encounter anything bad.

Liked: Awesome room layout. 5 minute walk to the Valley View Casino Center.
Disliked: Our room was next to the laundry room for the employees. Had a weird smell outside.

Check in was uncomfortable; too many homeless people on the property; the shower barely worked; very loud parking lot. I would never stay there again.

Hotel is located right across the street from Valley View Casino and is in walking distance from many restaurants and a Vons grocery store. Check in and check out was simple and quick; staff friendly and courteous. My husband and I stayed in a junior queen suite with 3 teens. The sitting area with a pullout sofa bed is separate from the sleeping area with two full size beds with french doors that close off completely. The suite was neat with clean linens and somewhat comfortable beds but could have been cleaned better. It had a very strong musty odor throughout. The carpet seemed old and dirty and the headboards were dirty as well. The room also isn't insulated very well - very noisy hotel. It was an OK stay for one night.
