Great pool. No hot water.
Liked: The pool was beautiful and so was the lobby. The rooms were modern and there was a good channel selection on the TV.
Disliked: We had to ask for toilet paper and towels since they dont do room service during your stay. The breakfast was absolutely the bare minimum friday and Saturday. It would really help to have a protein to choose from. The shower never got hot and it took a long time for the AC to cool the room down.

Very good
Liked: It was clean and comfy.
Disliked: The guy at the desk told me my price was $81 but would show $101 for incidentals but then my final bill was $115. I don’t like being told one thing and then getting charged another. Not good for business.

We enjoyed the convenience of...
Liked: The location of the property was great as the purpose of our trip was to attend baseball games at Truist Park, which was 8-10 minutes from the hotel.
Disliked: The facility appeared old, with one out-of-order elevator and the operational one creaking as it rose. In the operational elevator, we noticed that the permit on the wall was grossly EXPIRED by OVER a YEAR and had not even been INSPECTED since July 2024. In addition, our room was located beside one labeled as an “ice machine” room that was ripped apart and had a half-open mini refrigerator in it. Our room, while spacious, did not have proper ventilation in the bathroom or a fully functional light; we also noticed a stain on the comforter of the bed. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the included breakfast, which was abysmal to say the least. The first morning, we went down to eat only to find a couple cereal bins, milk in an unrefrigerated dispenser, and a buffet style chafing dish split into thirds with eggs, sausage, and potato wedges that looked like the previous day’s leftovers. We saw a waffle iron and when asked if it was usable, we were told the waffle iron is only usable on the weekends—even though it was a timer iron that only required pouring in batter and flipping it over. Signs were posted about their continental breakfast, which included the definition of continental breakfast straight out of the Webster dictionary.
