Liked: Location was great.
Disliked: Noisy, especially if your room is near the elevator.

Bad

Liked: Nothing, the facility was not clean, we had to put towels out in the hall in order for housekeeping to get them and also the trash. I stayed for 3 nights and asked for my linens to get changed, and they never changed them. The location is convenient to go to the stores, but the area is a little dangerous. People are always sitting out in front of the hotel. They had to throw a guy out because he didn't belong there. The tub was not clean, and they would not restock our tissue. When we asked for more towels at the front desk, they had a bad attitude and would not gove us what we asked for. I had a horrible experience here and will never use this hotel again.
Disliked: The customer service was horrible, and it was a dangerous area. The rooms were very dark not lights at all. The microwave didn't work either.

Disliked: The lights were to dem, didn’t have a refrigerator in the room, one bed made a squeaky noise, the other one felt lumpy, pillows need to be replaced. The tissue was just placed in the slot without toilet paper roll

Disliked: Room was dirty on floor between bed and night stand. Carpet did not look vacuumed. There were paint stains on the chair. The flooring moves/ pulls up as you walk in the bathroom area. Photos were misleading, I was not aware rooms were separate from hotel area like motel room.

Disliked: The room was smaller than I expected and the beds were firmer than I prefer.
